What we collect

Your email address, what you order and when, and the IP address you use on our site. If you sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in. We keep this to deliver your orders, support you and protect the store against fraud.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by Plisio. We never see or store your card details.

Emails

We email you about your orders, sign-in links and support requests. If you ask to be told when a product is back, we email you once when it is.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the store (payments and email), and where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete your data at any time through the Help page or sumit@mailbloom.com.
